Our suppliers of mobile phones, customer billing and resource management are of world class brands. The wireless cellular services are provided via multiple worldwide mobile operators. The Forum Telecom global logistics center exports the newly manufactured handsets from our warehouse in Hong Kong directly to our customers location or to anywhere in the world.

Management

Ami Segal - ChairmanFor over 25 years Ami has been an entrepreneur, investor, executive and consultant for over 200 companies. He is the President and owner of the Forum Group. Under his leadership, The Forum Group is a market leader in several areas. In the capital markets, the Forum Group markets products managed by the largest U.S. financial institutions. The Group has an international platform managing a large number of funds. The Forum Group has several holdings in the fields of value added distribution of the leading brands of software, communications and information security, as well as in online advertising. In the high tech market, the Forum Group has made many direct & indirect investments through the investment vehicles it manages. The Forum Group controlled affiliates have over 60 employees, of whom 30 are employed by the Ra'anana branch. Ami has degrees in Management, Economics and Business Administration, from the Tel-Aviv University and New York University, with majors in Finance and International Business. He was an Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet, Tel Aviv in 1983 and then a Management consultant in the New York office of Grant Thornton. Ami has accumulated work experience in Israel, USA and the Far East and speaks Hebrew, English and French. Shai Bar-Lavi - Managing DirectorShai has a vast experience in investment banking focusing in technology and marketing companies - both US and Israeli companies. In addition, Shai served in various senior management position (including, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer) in public and private companies, including companies in the telecommunication, internet, marketing and media companies. Benny Yehezkel - Executive VPBenny has over 20 years experience in executive management and telecommunications. Benny serves in a number of executive leadership roles ranging from start ups to publicly traded companies. Prior to Forum Tel Benny served as EVP of Ectel Ltd. (ECTX), CEO of Elron Telesoft, various executive positions in the Elron Electronic Industries Group (ELRN) - VP of Bus Dev of Elbit Ltd., CEO of Dealigence Inc and previously as CEO of Sintec Call Centers. Mr. Yehezkel holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion-Israeli Institute of Technology.Shlomo Shur- General ManagerShlomo Shur is the managing director for Forum Tel. An entrepreneur and engineer by trade, Mr. Shur has founded several technology companies and consultancies throughout his career including Executone Information Systems, Isoetec Communications and Sam Communications.Most recently, Mr. Shur served as chief executive officer at EasyRun, Inc., a creator of telecom software applications for businesses. As CEO he developed a new product strategy and business model as well as managed research and development overseas while creating a marketing channel and sales hub here in the United States. Previously, Mr. Shur was president of the technology and telecommunication consulting firm, Netcom Technologies Inc., where he led software and technical specifications development for Internet and legacy-based solutions. From 2000-2004, he headed up Now Marketing, Inc, a digital marketing company, as president, culminating in its sales to a major player in the industry.Until Dec 2000 Mr. Shur was executive vice president at Executone Information Systems, which he founded. The company had $300M in revenues, 2,200 employees and was publicly traded.Mr. Shur earned his degree in electrical engineering at the City University of New York. Saul Bienenfeld - Chief Legal OfficerSince 2005 Saul serves as a member of The Law Offices of Saul Bienenfeld PC, he graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law top in his class in 1990, he began his law career at the New York County District Attorneys Office and after completing his commitment to them he formed his own firm. While practicing law Mr. Bienenfeld saw a niche market in the prepaid phone business and opened All US Communications in 1996, selling prepaid phone products at various kiosks throughout the United States. In 2006 he formed International Prepaid Cellular and then Pop2Call to continue to offer similar prepaid services. Mr. Bienenfeld was a pioneer in the prepaid internet industry and was featured in the October 2008 edition of the Prepaid Press. As the Chief Legal officer Saul is able to combine his knowledge of the leagl system with his talents in the prepaid industry and his knowledge of VOIP to make cellular services available to the travelling public at costs lower than their own mobile providers and with greater ease in obtaining handsets and SIMs.

Offered Services:Global Network: ForumTel has direct partnership agreements with Mobile Network Operators worldwide providing telecom grade access to cellular mobile services. Software Development: Forum Tel handsets are integrated with our unique IPR software as required for managing the Call Control at the base band level.Multi IMSI: Forum Tel has developed and is testing a Multi IMSI SIM card which allows the traveler to have multiple mobile numbers from different operators on one single sim card. At present, nearly all sim cards issued by mobile operators will only contain their own issued mobile number for use. Frequent international travelers want a convenient way to have access to multiple network operators on one sim card- to improve coverage, for better pricing or roaming options, particular service availability, work vs. personal number and other reasons without the need for carrying multiple phones each with one SIM.Our multi IMSI sim card offers the widest possible global coverage - over 200 countries worldwide and travelers enjoy the same low rates as our other products.Postpay/prepay Billing System: Our billing system architecture is post pay with real time updates, thus allowing us to offer the convenience of a "contract like" billing for short term mobile phone usage.At the same time, our customers within the travel industry get the option of billing their customers through either their billing system or ours with our patent pending "scan/swipe" process. WebFONE application has been deployed by ForumTel in efforts to giving family and friends of travelers an opportunity to communicate with their loved one abroad. The service of placing calls through webFONE is free, inbound calls from a webFONE to our global phone have even more discounted rates than normal giving our users a simple value added for the smart traveler.

EL AL is presenting a gift, a mobile phone with a cost-savings SIM card for making phone calls while abroad.

While you are in the USA, local and international calls are just 0.49 cents per minute. There is no rental fee, no connection fee and zero additional costs of any kind. The mobile phone comes with two telephone numbers, an Israeli number and a US number. To take full advantage of the low prices, passengers give the Israeli telephone number to friends and family in Israel. They dial your Israeli number, pay local calling rates, and you receive the call in the USA and pay just 0.49 cents per minute.

During the months of October and November 2010, Forum Tel is running a special campaign for El Al passengers. Passengers traveling to North America and the UK will receive a Forum Tel phone. An Israeli number will also be assigned for the North America travelers only. Passengers will be able to use the phone at the country of destination throughout their trip and on their future trips. They will only have to pay for the airtime they use; no additional commitments of any kind. The users will be able to make and receive local and international calls for just 49 cents/minute and send and receive SMS texts for only 25 cents each.

In addition to the low rates, passengers will also get 10 complimentary minutes of free calling time that can be used when they land and activate their phone. When traveling on their second trip, an additional bonus of 60 FREE minutes will also be added.

All calls and SMS messages will be billed according to the current Forum Tel campaign rates at the time of usage.
